Cartier luxury giant Apple trademark litigation

Luxury giant Cartier International on Friday sued Apple, claiming that the introduction of Apple's software without the authorization of the use of the company's design.
Cartier Friday in Manhattan federal court in New York on the Apple lawsuit against the trademark rights. Cartier asked Apple to stop the infringing act, the specific amount of money at the same time seeking unspecified damages. Cartier said in the indictment, Apple, through iTunes stores using Cartier trademark applications. The software helps users in the iPhone and iPod Touch to show time.

Cartier at the same time that it has never authorized the use of Apple software similar to the pattern of brand watches. But Apple has yet to comment on this.
